Into your next version. All from within.
You already hold your next version within you.
This is not a retreat from the world — it's a retreat into yourself. Three days in the Santa Cruz Mountains, off-grid, in the quiet company of redwoods and fog, with two guides who've spent their lives studying one question: what becomes possible when you stop running and start growing?
The agenda stays light on purpose — room for real conversation, not workshops designed to make you feel fixed. Just time, space, nature, and the conditions in which people become who they were always meant to be.
Arrival. A wood cabin held simply, for looking back. Time with Angela to release what you've been carrying, so there's room for what comes next.

A living dome, tended by Angela's hands. Slow, sensory hours among the plants and soil — the practice of attention as its own reward.

Under open sky, Frederik leads Zukunftsgeist future-thinking work, wisdom built and tested over a decade at Stanford and Google. An Ambiguity Jar ritual releases the need to know. You co-create your next-version intention, close with Reiki integration alongside Angela, and leave through a threshold moment you won't forget.

Breakfast, lunch, and drinks are part of every day, but dinner is the ritual. Each evening we cook together in the outdoor kitchen with ingredients grown right here at Santa Woodz, then sit down to eat as one table, guests and hosts alike.

A time machine, not made of steel and circuits, but of space, silence, and the courage to be curious.
Six guests maximum, each Metreat.

This Metreat is intimate by design. We hold space for a maximum of six guests at a time. Each group is carefully composed so the energy serves everyone's growth. When you say yes, we begin a conversation.
A portion of every Metreat is given to our children's charity, so your growth here becomes someone else's chance to grow too.
